Please read these carefully before ordering any items from the site. Understand that by ordering any of the said products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

 

The Contract

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us in acknowledgement of your order.  For contractual purposes you agree to this means of electronic communication and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and any other communications provided electronically comply with legal requirements.

 

Personal Information

To allow us to process your order and provide the best service, it is necessary for us to collect some personal information.  This will include your name ,address, email and telephone contact details.  We declare that:

We will never collect sensitive information without your consent.

We will never pass on any information.

We do not store credit card details or share the card details with any 3rd party.

We do not sell or give any information to 3rd parties.

The only communication you will receive from us will relate directly to your order.

NB  if you sign up for our Newsletter you will receive regular emails, which you can opt out of at any time.
 

Price and Payment

All prices are paid in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate

 

 

Financial Information

We do not store any information relating to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.  When you make a payment through PayPal the payment is processed on our behalf by PayPal.

PayPal used encryption to safeguard your credit information.

 

Delivery

The time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.  We make every effort to dispatch the goods on time but do not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time

If we do not deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of the order you will be entitled to cancel the order and request any monies paid to Just Quilting, in respect of the order, be refunded.

We do not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless you notify us of the shortage or damage, in writing, within 7 days of the receipt of the delivery.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakages and all damages or other risks shall pass to you.

Title of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received by Just Quilting.

 

Refunds

We are sure that you will be completely happy with your purchase.  If this is not the case we offer a fair returns policy.  All we ask is that you NOTIFY us of your reason and intent to return the goods within 14 days of the purchase, and we will happily refund you ( minus any postage costs )

Please note that all lengths of cut fabric, trimming or patterns cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Goods are returned at you cost unless there has been a mistake on our part.

Please ensure that you enclose in your return a note of your name, address, purchase date and order reference.  All items should be returned in their original condition.  It is advised to get Proof of Postage from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We reserve the right  to refuse refunds after inspection of the goods or if we are not notified prior to the items being returned.

We do not offer refunds on special orders, ie where we have sourced or supplied a ‘non standard’ website item

 

Colour

We take great care to photograph our products in natural daylight, but please be aware that colours may vary slightly from computer to computer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

 

Right to Amend

We have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect market changes, changes on technology, payment methods, law and regulations.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you placed your order.

 

Disclaimer

We strive to keep the information on our website products up to date and correct, but make no warranties about the accuracy, suitability or availability of products.  All items are for decorative purposes and should not be treated as toys.  While we make every effort to keep the website running smoothly we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, temporary unavailability due to technical issues beyond our control.

 

Law

Contracts for product purchases on the site will be governed by English Law.

 

Intellectual Rights 

Just Quilting is the owner of all intellectual property contained on the website.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the content in any form is prohibited other than:

1.  You may print or download to a local hard disk for your personal or non-commercial use

2. You may not distribute or commercially exploit the content
